Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund in relation to an Event (as applicable), the User will be entitled to a refund only as per the details specified by the respective organiser.
Also any additional amount like commission, convenience/booking fee including GST on the same will not be refunded if not specified otherwise.
When tickets can be returned or exchanged
Booked Tickets can not be returned, transferred or exchanged unless producer of the event decides to reschedule the event. Decision of refund of the booked tickets remains entirely at producers' end.
For technical fault related issue, users can drop a mail at support@ticketees.com to register complaint accordingly refund will be processed in 3-5 working days, case-to-case basis.
How to initiate a return or exchange
To initiate refund, write a detailed email explaining the reason for refund claim at support@ticketees.com.
